I’m a qualified teacher and I have a master’s in special education – working in the field for close to thirty years. I was drawn to an autism specialism due to personal experiences with a son, nephew, and friends on the spectrum.
I currently cover all external training requests and in-school support and assessments.

Being an autism ambassador means I use my lived experience of autism and enthusiastic nature to network with others, information share, and spread awareness and understanding amongst family, friends, work colleagues and in the community in general.
Lynn Findlay
Safeguarding Trainer & Consultant
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, working with both adults and young people. I am also a registered social worker with over 25 years experience working in safeguarding.
I have many years’ experience designing and delivering training sessions in social care and therapy. I specialise in safeguarding training for therapists from a systemic perspective and hold teaching role at The Bowlby Centre and with other organisations. Alongside the training courses, I offer consultancy to therapists and supervisors.
Viviana Esse
Supervisor - MA, BA (Hons), Adv. Dip in Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapy, Adv. Dreamwork Cert, Supvn.
I am a UKCP-accredited transpersonal integrative therapist and I work for AfN in a supervisory capacity.
I am interested in the intersections between neurodivergence and complex trauma. I am Neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ & Racial Justice-allied and work in a trauma-informed way.
Please note that Lynn and Viviana are not part of the counselling team.
